CARROTTOP
Carrottop is Bullets Boubon's arch-enemy, an evil mastermind with plans of world domination.He's a skilled chemist, whose brilliant cunning knows no bounds!
JOHNNIE'S NOTES
Carrottop is one of my favorite Villains. He's vain and egomaniacal and has the criminal genius to make good his plans to conquer the entire world! His relationship with Bullets is an interesting one. Even though Bullets is the only one to stand in his way, Carrottop has a unique respect for Bullets and would prefer to have him join his team,rather than eliminate him.
PICKLEPUSS
Picklepuss is Carrottop's trusted right hand lackey. Regardless how poorly Carrottop treats him,he remains loyal.
JOHNNIE'S NOTES
Picklepuss has been childhood friends with Carrottop which may explain his unwavering loyalty. It's basically the old story of the brilliant mastermind partnered with the witless buffoon, that's been seen many times through history!
PENCILNECK
Pencilneck is a dangerous criminal with extraordinary powers.He is an expert at forgery making him a master blackmailer.
JOHNNIE'S NOTES
Pencilneck is another of my favorite villains. He's quite clever, but mad as a march hare. He prizes matching wits with Bullets Bourbon.
SOUR NOTE
DON PARSNIPTOP
TOM ATO
Sour Note, The Murderous Maestro! Possessing a lovely singing voice, he fancies himself an artist in the symphony of death!
JOHNNIE'S (Sour) NOTES
Sour Note is more than a mere henchman to the likes of Carrottop. He lacks the ambition to seek world domination like his peers. His one desire is to have the object of his affection, Desiree Miller as his caged, personal songbird to perform his "artistic" compositions.
Parsniptop is Carrottop's father and the powerful Don of The Vegetable Garden Gang, one of Stark City's 5 criminal families.
JOHNNIE'S NOTES
Parsniptop is a hard headed old school crime boss. He's generally respected by the underworld. He had dreams of Carrottop taking his place one day, but Carrottop's dreams proved to be big to be merely the Don. Their clashing egos make for difficulty, but there is probably no one else Carrottop truly respects.
Tom Ato is the Consigliere to Don Parsniptop. He's an old & trusted member of The Vegetable Garden Gang

DON ADAM APPLE
Don Adam Apple is head of the Fruit Salad Mob, one of Stark City's 5 Crime Families.
JOHNNIE'S NOTES
Adam Apple is one of the most affluent of the 5 Families. His only challenger to being top dog is Parsniptop, whom he hates unreservedly. Their clans have rivaled each other for decades, with The Fruit Salad Mob continuing to come in second. He's exceedingly underhanded and will do anything to get what he wants.
CORY APPLE
Cory is the son of Adam Apple and heir apparent. A role which gives him a very inflated sense of self. He fancies himself a hotshot and unlike Carrottop, more than willing to take the throne.
DOCTOR CHROMEDOME

Doctor Chromedome is Stark City's Crime Doctor. A lab accident disfigured him, causing an experimental metal to permanently adhere to his face, driving him insane. He then offered his bizarre services to the underworld for the highest bidder.
JOHNNIE'S NOTES
Cory proves the old adage "The Apple doesn't fall far from the tree." He's as underhanded and devious in his pursuit of power as his old man.

You've gotta have a mad scientist in your series if you ever hope to have a decent comic book saga. Doctor Chromedome is unique among my villains, as he actually started life looking like a normal human being before a tragic lab accident sent him down the path of crime & madness!
THE BATTERY PACK
GENERAL DIESEL

The highly decorated General Diesel hails from the Grand Imperial State of Battonia. Battonians view Americans (and mostly everyone else) with disdain, thinking of them as weak & inferior- ripe for Conquest. The General hopes to make a name for himself thusly, by subjugating Stark City and ultimately the world!

Unfortunately for Cecil, science is never exact. Battonian scientists' attempts to "improve" the species went horribly wrong for poor Cecil, leaving him misshapen & with a pronounced stutter. He strains to prove his worth to the General at every turn.
9 VOLT
9-Volt is the Batty Pack's chief technician, assembling & maintaining the devices which gives them their extraordinary strength. The Pack has a cruel streak, but 9-Volt takes exceptional pleasure in seeing their enemies being crushed before them.
DOUBLE A & TRIPLE A
As part of their genetic engineering, Battonian scientists made these twins psychically linked, where each will generally know what the other is thinking, to the extent that they finish each other's sentences!
JOHNNIE'S NOTES:
General Diesel is a lot more brutal a villain than any in Bullets rouges gallery. There isn't anything particularly endearing about him. He's a merciless warlord out to crush & humiliate anyone in his path. I basically took General Zod & Khan Noonian Singh, with a dash of Ivan Drago and put them in a blender. Out came Diesel.
JOHNNIE'S NOTES:
Cecil was obviously a take off on Raider's Toht, the sadistic torturer. (who in himself was a take off on the great Peter Lorre) But his weezing and studdering is also a commentary on those who prize "science" over all else.
JOHNNIE'S NOTES:
If we're sticking with the Raider's comparasion, 9-Volt would be "Ratty Nepalease." Part of the insperation for the Battery Pack was also the Ginyu Force. Their inflated opinion of themselves to the point of obsurdity was certainly something that appealed to me.
JOHNNIE'S NOTES:
Basically, I wanted to pull a Huey, Louie & Dewey with these two. But, unlike Barks' trio, this duo had the excuse of genetic manipulation causing this strange phenomenon!
